Great conditions, the denim looks almost unworn. While the inseam it’s not altered, the outseam has been altered to obtain a slim fit. This was probably the straight cut version but now fit slim, check detailed measurements. The leg opening become wider if you ask a tailor to adjust the pants to a shorter inseam
