How Our Rental Service Works

At Elevated Archives, we offer the possibility to rent iconic archival pieces for special events, editorials, red carpets, music videos, and more.

Here's how it works:

1. Selection
You can browse our archive and request specific pieces via email or Instagram. If you’re working with a stylist or agency, they can get in touch directly with us.

2. Availability & Sizing
Let us know the sizes you need and the dates of your project. We’ll send you a curated selection of what’s available based on your request.

3. Deposit & Contract
Once the pieces are confirmed, we’ll ask for:

  • A signed rental agreement

  • A deposit equal to the full retail value of the selected pieces

4. Shipping or Pick-Up
You can pick up the garments in person at our Milan store (Corso di Porta Ticinese 48) or we can arrange tracked shipping both ways. We’ll handle the labels.

5. Return & Refund
Once the items are returned in good condition and on time, we’ll refund your deposit minus:

  • 15% rental fee + VAT

  • Any shipping costs

6. Damage or Delay
If an item is returned late or damaged, a penalty or compensation fee may apply, as outlined in our rental agreement.
