Return & Refund Policy

Due to the unique and archival nature of our items, we do not offer automatic returns or refunds. However, we understand that fit and sizing can sometimes be an issue. For this reason, it is possible to request a return in exchange for store credit by emailing us at elevatedarchives@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.


Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the item and shipping logistics. 

Store credit, when granted, will be issued for the full amount paid (excluding shipping) and can be used both in-store and online.


We do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances.

This policy helps preserve the integrity of our archive and protects against misuse of our system for unofficial rentals.
