Shipping policy

Every shipping is arranged with DHL, UPS or EMS. Usually shipping takes 3-7 days but we do not 100% guarantee the ship will arrive on time due the pandemic situation. 

We are not responsible for any import duties, usually our customers don't have to pay for custom taxes, but it might happen in some countries. In this cases customer is required to pay any import custom fees.

If the package is returned to the sender by the competent customs due to the customer's fault, then we will not send the item for a second time and a refund will not be possible.
